Unlike traditional floral transmission networks, Aquarelle.de controls the entire fabrication process. The bouquet delivered must correspond to the type of bouquet ordered, as it is presented on the web site.

To provide a photo of your bouquet

Aquarelle.de faithfully reproduces the bouquet you have chosen to send! We will send you by mail a photo of the bouquet composed especially for you, taken just before it was dispatched! That way, you can check the quality and conformity of your bouquet yourself.

To respect the price-volume ratio

Aquarelle.de offers a range of prices for each bouquet. The volume of the bouquet composed must correspond to the price selected.

To respect the quality of your flowers

Aquarelle.de will use only the most rigorously selected and freshest flowers to compose your bouquet.

To respect your chosen delivery time

The reliability of our logistical partners allows us to make the following commitment: Any product delivered more than 24 hours late will give rise to the reimbursement of the delivery costs.

To respect your privacy

All personal information you may communicate to us when placing an order on our web site is protected, declared to the CNIL and exclusively reserved for use by our production personnel. In accordance with the French Freedom of Information Act 78-17 of 6th January 1978 and the resulting ethical principles. you have the right to access, modify, correct or delete any personal information concerning you.

Total security

Delivery times are indicated as precisely as possible.
Late delivery may not give rise to the payment of damages and interest.

In the absence of the recipient, the courier is authorised to deposit the parcel in front of the door. 

For bouquets, chocolates and fruit delicacies, in the event of the recipient being absent at the time of delivery, the parcel must be collected within 24 hours due to the perishable nature of the product.

The buyer may claim the reimbursement of delivery charges, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages and interest, in the event of a late delivery for the following reasons, if the product has not been delivered for any cause other than that of force majeure.


Late delivery: 
Our delivery partners prioritize essential packages (health, food), which we understand and which could lead, if conditions require, to postpone the chosen delivery date or time slot.
- an order delivered the same day or the next day: no refund
- an order delivered two days later: delivery costs reimbursed.

The buyer may claim a total refund of the order if the delay is more than 48 hours.

Finally, if the product has not been delivered, for any reason other than that of force majeure, the order may then be cancelled and the price paid will be reimbursed in full to the purchaser, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.

The following conditions are considered to be cases of force majeure dispensing Aquarelle of its obligation to deliver; war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, traffic restrictions and when it is impossible to receive stocks.
Aquarelle will inform the buyer in good time in the event of any of the above occurring.
In any event, an order can only be delivered on time if the buyer is up to date in their obligations to Aquarelle.
